Movie Review
I finished watching this movie last night and I will never get that time back, even though I was multi tasking. This was super depressing. Essentially 3 people die over a house, but the real moral of the story here is READ YOUR FREAKING MAIL. Jennifer Connelly's character loses her house over $500 which the state believed she owed. She didn't and went to court. The court sent her a letter which states that they will be taking over the house if she didn't pay, but guess what? SHE NEVER OPENED THE LETTER TO FIND OUT. It comes as a shock when she's in her PJs and the cops show up to take the house away from her. WOW.. ok so maybe she was depressed that her man left her, but that doesn't really make a good reason to totally ignore the world around you. ARGH! While this movie was playing I was cooking and doing dishes so I can't really say I was paying attention. The moral I learned from this movie is that dog people are weird
